Recording rules in Mimir​

SKIP supports https://prometheus.io/docs/prometheus/latest/configuration/recording_rules/ through Mimir and Grafana Agent. Just define a PrometheusRule object in your application’s namespace, and Grafana Agent will pick it up and add it to Mimir.
